GCWU worm gear reducerIt consists of a two-stage transmission system with cylindrical gear transmission for the high-speed stage and circular cylindrical worm gear transmission for the low-speed stage. According to the different orientations of the low-speed worm gear, it can be divided into three structural forms: worm lower type, worm side type, and worm upper type. It has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, large transmission ratio, and compact structure, and is mainly suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, construction, building materials, and light industry.
Working conditions: Input shaft speed does not exceed 1500r/min; The working environment temperature is -40~40 ℃. When the working environment temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before starting, or low freezing point lubricating oil must be used; The reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
