The GHJ series vertical high-speed mixer consists of bottom blades and high-speed crushing blades. The centrifugal force formed by the high-speed rotating blades installed at the bottom of the machine acts on the material, causing it to form a vortex shape with the periphery rolling upwards and the center concave downwards, fully stirring and mixing the inner, outer, upper, and lower layers of the material. At the same time, the high-speed crushing blades on the side wall of the machine crush the material rolled up by the outer ring, and play a disturbance role, increasing the relative motion between the materials and improving the mixing effect. Due to the combined effect of the above two types of blades, the material can achieve sufficient and uniform mixing in a short time, and its efficiency is unmatched by other types of mixers in China.

1. Short mixing time: It only takes 3-4 minutes to mix 150 kilograms of powder each time.

Adding and discharging materials is very convenient: when adding materials, add the raw materials, small ingredients, and water at once, then cover the lid and start stirring according to the set time. When releasing the material, simply pull out the plug, turn on the machine or jog it to fully release the material.
