The GL Spectis 6.0 LED spectrometer is specifically designed and developed for high-speed measurement of SSL products (IESNA LM-79-08), LED chips, large street lamps, and lighting fixtures. It has been optimized for production and large laboratory settings to comply with the new global standard CIE S025.
The GL Spectis 6.0 LED spectrometer uses a high-resolution optical system with a single sensor and diffraction grating, which can cover a very wide spectral range. The average optical solution is 3.5 nm, with a data point spacing of 0.5 nm, making it a very versatile instrument for different types of measurements.
The GL Spectis 6.0 LED spectrometer uses an industry standard 19 inch rack housing that can be easily integrated into production testing systems and larger laboratory settings, including power measurement, TEC systems, triggers, and other testing equipment. The available USB and serial interfaces simplify integration with different types of control software and data systems.
The wavelength range of Spectis 6.0 is from 200 to 1050nm and can be measured according to many standards, including photobiological safety (IEC EN 62471) or SSL product measurement (IESNA LM-79-08) and the latest global CIE. S025 standard. A device can cover many different types of measurements.
Measurements were completed according to CIE 127:2007 and CIE 025/E: 2015.
Photobiological safety testing of LED products in accordance with EN 62471.
Comply with the SSL product measures of (IES) LM-79-08.
Complies with the ecological design requirements of (EU) No 1194/2012.
system function
-
Photometric and radiometric calibration
Before delivery, integrate absolute spectral calibration into each spectrometer to accurately measure different absolute values (such as lux, candela, or lumens) and radiance values, depending on the installed measurement accessories.
-
Dark current compensation
Although it is not a cooling detector, Spects 6.0 can still provide very accurate measurements under different conditions. The temperature sensor installed on the electronic board monitors temperature changes and automatically compensates for any changes in dark current levels, ensuring excellent measurement stability.
-
Provide multiple integrating spheres and probes
With the universal concept and design of Spectis 6.0, you can easily expand your measurement system by adding any of our integrating spheres or other accessories.
-
Automatic attachment detection
Spectis 6.0 has a unique mechanism that can detect and automatically load the correct calibration file for the attachment. This allows users to confidently avoid measurement errors when changing attachment interfaces. Calibration meets the requirements of leading standard organizations and has been certified and confirmed by the manufacturer.
