Working principle of vibrating conveyor
The basic working principle of the GS type vibrating feeder is that after the equipment is started, two symmetrically arranged vibration motors or exciters of the same model and specification operate synchronously and in reverse. The excitation force generated by them is transmitted to the entire vibrating body feeding trough through the transmission body motor or exciter base, causing the feeding trough to vibrate periodically, thereby causing the materials in the trough to move in a directional jumping motion towards the discharge end, and finally completing the material conveying operation.
