Grape cold storage is mainly used for storing grapes. It cools down through refrigeration equipment and controls the temperature and humidity inside the warehouse to ensure that the environment is suitable for grape storage, in order to extend the shelf life of grapes. Grape cold storage is not affected by the surrounding environment such as season and climate, and is a good measure to solve the problem of grape storage. Grape cold storage is mainly used for grape planting, processing bases, etc.

  The relative humidity of the grape cold storage is 82%, the freezing point is -2.2 ℃, the optimal storage temperature is -1 ℃, and the storage period is from March to June.

  Selection of Grape Cold Storage Plates

The most commonly used material for grape cold storage is polyurethane cold storage panels with a density of around 40. The length, height, and width of the panels are generally fixed in advance, but can also be customized according to the actual needs of customers.

  Construction requirements for grape cold storage

1. The insulation materials for cold storage should preferably choose materials with good water absorption and sealing performance to avoid the harm of rodents and ants.

2. If the surrounding environment cannot provide reliable power supply, it is generally recommended to choose another storage location. If self generated electricity is too expensive, it is not recommended.

When choosing a refrigeration compressor, the most suitable combination should be made according to the cooling capacity of the compressor, and it should not be too high or too low.

4. The insulation materials, cooling system, volume size, evaporator, temperature control system, storage location, refrigeration compressor, air cooler, refrigeration unit, etc. of the cold storage can be modified according to customer opinions and actual situations to meet customer needs.

  Design and installation steps for grape cold storage

1. Customer service personnel receive customer inquiries, understand their cold storage needs, and then convey them to the designer;

2. The designer listens to customer feedback, analyzes customer needs, and submits a preliminary proposal;

3. If the customer reviews the design proposal and it is approved, the construction and installation of the cold storage will begin. Otherwise, the design proposal will continue until it is approved;

If the cold storage construction is completed and everything is normal, it will be handed over to the customer for acceptance. If the customer's acceptance is successful, the surface project construction will be completed.

  Grape storage method in cold storage

1. Ventilation management. Regular ventilation in the warehouse can effectively prolong the storage time of grapes;

2. Routine inspection. Regularly check the storage status of grapes, and dispose of any grapes that are found to be rotten, moldy, or dry as soon as possible;

3. Temperature management. The storage temperature should be controlled between -0.5 ℃ and 0.5 ℃, with fluctuations less than 0.5 ℃. Sudden temperature changes can cause grape rot.
