Product details
The HC-100 dust analyzer is used to measure the concentration of gases such as SO2, NOX, CO, O2, CO2, CH4, etc. in flue gas, and can measure one or more gas components according to the configuration. The instrument adopts mainstream laser backscatter measurement technology, which has excellent stability, selectivity, and high sensitivity. The HC-100 dust analyzer can be widely used for monitoring smoke and dust emissions from various power generation boilers, industrial kilns, and industrial boilers in enterprises such as thermal power generation, steel metallurgy, petrochemical industry, cement production, pottery making, and waste incineration, as well as for monitoring and controlling flue gas desulfurization and dust removal projects.
Technical features:
1. Adopting the principle of laser backscatter, it is not afraid of beam oscillation caused by mechanical vibration of the flue and uneven refractive index due to uneven temperature.
2. Single end installation, no need for optical alignment.
3. It has on-site display function and can directly read the dust concentration on site.
After modulation of the laser beam, the anti-interference ability of the system is greatly improved.
5. Design and implement the concept of "tool free" on-site installation together, minimizing the complexity of on-site installation. The installation of instruments and rainproof systems only requires one screwdriver for electrical connections, without the need to connect bolts or nuts. Installation can be completed within 10 minutes, minimizing the many problems caused by on-site installation and debugging.
6. Adopting standard (4-20) mA industrial standard current output, easy to connect.
The overall power consumption of the instrument is very low, about 3W.
8. The general standard setting parameters can be applied to flue wall thickness less than 400mm, flue diameter greater than the instrument nameplate indication, and the measurement area size can be customized under special requirements.
