The HDLH-R series intelligent soft start control cabinet is composed of SMC intelligent soft starter (contactless fixed controller), PLC programmable, introduced low-voltage electrical appliances and other sensing devices. It is an efficient, energy-saving, economical, reliable, and easy to maintain automatic water supply device based on power frequency for intelligent control of water pump motors.
The core of the HDLH-R series intelligent soft start water supply control cabinet is the SMC intelligent soft starter, which is a new technology combining a microprocessor and a high-power thyristor module. It is a new concept product used for motor starting and can provide stepless acceleration from zero to rated speed for three-phase AC induction motors, achieving functions such as soft start and energy saving. When starting, the soft starter adjusts the output voltage according to the set starting time, so that the controlled motor stator voltage slowly rises to full voltage, and its speed smoothly accelerates from zero to the rated speed. Energy saving operation refers to the automatic adjustment of the SMC based on the load condition when the motor is unloaded or lightly loaded, improving the power factor of the motor to achieve energy saving. It can fully adopt traditional starting methods such as star delta voltage reduction starting and autotransformer voltage reduction starting.

Functional principle and purpose
1、 Control mode
1. One in use and one backup: Control two water pumps, 1 # and 2 #. When in automatic mode, they can work in either "1 # main and 2 # backup" or "2 # main and 1 # backup" states. When the main pump fails, the backup pump will automatically start working. When starting manually, use the panel operation button to control it. If the user requests to add a dual-purpose mode (i.e. two pumps can be used simultaneously), please provide detailed instructions when placing an order.
2. Two in use and one backup: Control three water pumps, namely 1 #, 2 #, and 3 #, which can operate in three states: "1 #, 2 # main and 3 # backup", "2 #, 3 # main and 1 # backup", or "1 #, 3 # main and 2 # backup". When the main pump fails, the standby pump will automatically start working. When starting manually, use the panel operation button to control it. If one main pump is turned off, it will become "one in use and one backup". 2、 Control method

3. Temperature control of "T": This type of control cabinet is equipped with a temperature sensor outside, which can be adjusted according to the temperature of the conveyed medium. 4. S "time control: This type of control cabinet is equipped with a time controller that can automatically control the start and stop of the water pump according to the user's pre-set time sequence, and is used for equipment that requires timed control;
5. The "K" air conditioning joint control "control cabinet is designed for the air conditioning water pump. The start of the water pump is controlled by the operation center. When the water pump is running, the control cabinet outputs a control contact for connecting the refrigeration unit, which realizes the control according to the program of starting the pump first and then starting the refrigeration unit, ensuring the safe operation of the unit;
6. 3、 SMC can only activate the characteristics of the starter
