1.Why do carbon dioxide pressure reducers need to be heated
Due to CO2 gas being stored in high-pressure liquid form, it absorbs a large amount of heat during depressurization vaporization, which may cause the body of the meter to cool down and the water vapor inside the chamber to freeze, thereby damaging the sealing ring of the meter and shortening the product life! By using a heated CO2 pressure reducer, the temperature inside the chamber can be increased using electric heating energy, thereby avoiding the freezing of water vapor inside the chamber, eliminating the adverse consequences caused by this, and extending the service life of the pressure reducing valve.
2.why36VMost commonly used:
Generally speaking, there is a 36V power supply directly on the carbon dioxide protection welding machine, so that the 36V pressure reducer can be plugged in and used without the need for an external power supply. Of course, due to special requirements, a few welding machines provide a 110V power supply, which requires a 110V voltage regulator. There are also 220V voltage reducers available, which can be directly plugged into 220V AC power for use.
