Product technical principle:
This product is designed specifically for filtering and purifying diesel. Based on the characteristics of light diesel, Dingneng high-performance membrane filtration technology is used to filter and refine diesel. The selective passage characteristics of membrane technology are utilized to separate and filter impurities and water in diesel. The selective passage of the filter element allows oil molecules to pass smoothly while intercepting water molecules and impurities, thereby separating oil and water, filtering out impurity particles, gum, and water in diesel, improving the cleanliness and quality level of diesel fuel, and enhancing its performance.
The membrane filter has a rigid structure, high pressure resistance, and a membrane wall thickness of 3-16mm, which belongs to deep filtration. The pores in the membrane are three-dimensional in structure, and the pore accuracy can be controlled within (30 μ m~0.2 μ m). It can effectively backwash and restore blocked pores. The filter can be reused. Due to the characteristics of the filter membrane, the normal working pressure of the equipment is only 0.2-0.3Map, and low pressure difference, high flow rate, and high production capacity are the significant features of this machine.
Oil water separation:

Filter material:

Anti cleaning device for filter membrane:
This filter is designed with a backwash system. When the oil filtration system becomes clogged, the pressure will rise, and the backwash system can automatically flush impurities from the filter membrane tube wall.
There is a backwash interface left on the upper part of the filter. When the backwash effect is not ideal, compressed air needs to be used for backwashing to remove impurities from the filter membrane. Since the filter membrane is rigid, backwashing can blow impurities off the wall of the filter membrane tube, and at the same time, most of the particles inside the capillary pores can be backwashed out to achieve regeneration of the fine pores.
When thorough cleaning is required, the quick opening top cover can be opened to thoroughly clean the backwash filter membrane. The current filtration technology cannot make the filter maintenance free forever. Our innovation in technical details can only extend the service life of the filter membrane. 3. Regarding Diesel Fuel
