Sealing and cutting system
The sealing and cutting system of the pillow packaging machine consists of horizontal sealing blades (upper and lower) and vertical sealing blades (left and right), which are used to package the packaging horizontally and vertically.
Heating system

Variable frequency speed control system
The frequency converter drives the cross cutting knife to achieve the purpose of sealing and cutting, and its speed determines the packaging speed of the packaging machine.
Vertical sealing feeding system
The longitudinal sealing feeding system is driven by servo and coordinated with the transverse cutting feeding system to achieve accurate feeding of the packaging film according to technical indicators such as bag length, and to meet the requirements of accurate sealing and cutting (transverse cutting to the color mark position of the packaging film).
electrical control system
