1、 Overview of vacuum drying oven
This equipment is a square box type vacuum drying device, which is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemical industry for low-temperature drying. Its structure is simple, easy to use, low energy consumption, and high efficiency, making it a popular device among users.

2、 Introduction to the working principle and structure of vacuum drying oven:

working principle:
The so-called vacuum drying is to heat and dry materials under vacuum conditions, and the moisture in the materials is decomposed and vaporized by heat. It is then discharged outdoors with vacuum pumping. This is achieved by using a vacuum pump to both vacuum and remove moisture to achieve the effect of material drying.

Structure Introduction:
The device is made of a square structure with a large surface area under pressure. Therefore, the inner wall of the box is welded with 8mm stainless steel plates, and reinforced with 8 # -10 # channel steel to ensure that the box does not deform during vacuum pumping. Insulation material is filled in the middle of the blocks, and a 1.2mm stainless steel plate is used as the outer shell. The baking tray is made according to the user's required size, or a standard baking tray formed by one-time stamping, with a baking tray size of 460 × 640 × 45mm. The temperature inside the box is automatically controlled and displayed by a quantitative display or temperature control instrument through sensors installed on the side of the box.
The facade of the box has a mirror for easy observation of the changes in indoor materials during the drying process. The box is equipped with a vacuum gauge and a temperature gauge, as well as a vacuum and air release interface (self-made side valve). The upper part of the inner wall of the box is arched, allowing water vapor and water droplets to flow down from both sides of the inner wall. The bottom of the box is in a groove shape, allowing water to flow into the bottom groove and be regularly discharged through the sewage pipe. In order to facilitate the removal of the drying rack during cleaning, the drying rack has wheels and tracks on all four legs. The box door is equipped with silicone rubber sealing strips and 8 locking handwheels to press the door seal tightly without air leakage, which is conducive to vacuuming.

Characteristics of High Temperature Vacuum Oven
This machine can achieve a higher drying rate at lower temperatures, fully utilize heat, and is mainly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials and materials containing solvents and solvents that need to be recovered. Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process. This dryer belongs to a static vacuum dryer, so the formation of dried materials will not be damaged. Heating methods include steam, hot water, thermal oil, and electric heating.
