Concept of hot air circulation oven
The hot air circulation oven is composed of angle steel, stainless steel plate, and cold steel plate. The insulation layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicate cotton, which ensures the insulation of the oven and the safety of the user. The installation position of the heater can be at the bottom, top, or both sides. Use digital intelligent instruments to control temperature. There are two types of air duct designs for hot air circulation ovens: horizontal air supply and vertical air supply!

Scope of application:
This device is a versatile intermittent drying equipment suitable for a wide range of disk racks, widely used for heating, curing, drying, and dehydration of industrial raw materials or products in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, light industry, and other industries. For example, drying materials such as raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, powders, granules, raw medicines, drug packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, food, plastic resins, electrical appliances, paper, fur, salts, catalysts, wool, etc.

Working principle of hot air circulation oven
The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven adopts a fan circulation air supply method, with uniform and efficient air circulation. The air source is driven by a circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch) to drive the wind turbine through a heater, and then the hot air is sent out through an air duct to the interior of the oven. The used air is then sucked into the air duct to become the air source for further circulation and heating. Ensure indoor temperature uniformity. When the temperature value swings due to the action of opening and closing the door, the air supply circulation system quickly resumes operation until it reaches the set temperature value



Precautions for use
Close the air switch of the circulating oven, set the heating temperature to 250 ℃ and the over temperature alarm temperature to 260 ℃ according to the operating instructions of the oven. After holding for 1 hour, start its automatic operation program. The indicator lights of the circulating fan, inlet fan, disc valve, heating, etc. of the oven will light up in sequence, indicating that the program is running normally. After 2.5 hours of heating operation, the temperature still cannot reach the set value. If the heating time is too long, it will cause the heated glass container to become fragile and increase the rate of broken bottles. At the same time, it causes energy waste and increases power consumption. And the extended working cycle of the oven resulted in the inability to complete the process on time under the two shift system of normal production positions, which almost missed the progress plan of production tasks and increased production costs. It takes 2.5 hours to heat the temperature from room temperature to 250 ℃ when the box is normally full, and about 6 hours for one working cycle.


Safe Operating Procedures for Oven
1、 The oven should be used according to the temperature range specified on the nameplate, and the oven must be well grounded.
2、 Flammable items such as oil pans, oil drums, cotton yarn, and cloth scraps shall not be stacked near the oven, and washing, scraping, and painting work shall not be carried out near the oven.
3、 To prevent other objects from falling into contact with the resistance wire at the bottom of the oven and causing a short circuit.
4、 Before opening the oven, the power must be turned off first. Do not leave during the heating process.
5、 Do not store items such as tools, equipment parts, and volatile oils in the oven.
6、 Parts that have been washed with flammable liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, and banana oil, as well as items that have been painted, should be left at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. After most of the flammable liquids have evaporated, they can be placed in an oven for baking, and ventilation should be ensured indoors.
7、 The oven must not be cleaned during operation, let alone wiped with gasoline.
8、 Non metallic items must be heated in the oven according to the process specifications.
9、 Before operating the oven drying box, the ventilation gate must be opened to prevent explosion.
10、 Before use, check the self-control device, whether the indication signal is sensitive and effective, and whether the electrical circuit insulation is intact and reliable.

Technical parameters of hot air circulation oven
1. Heating source: dual-purpose steam, electricity, far-infrared, and electric steam.
2. Usage temperature: Steam heating: 50-140 ℃, maximum 150 ℃. Electric and far-infrared heating temperatures range from 50-350 ℃.
3. Equipped with self-control system and computer control system.
4. The commonly used steam pressure is 0.02-0.8Mpa (0.2-8kgf/cm2).
5. Equipped with electric heating, calculate 15kw according to Type I, practical 5-8kw/h.
6. Special requirements shall be indicated at the time of ordering.
7. If the operating temperature is greater than 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃, it should be specified when ordering.
8. Our factory produces drying cars with uniformly sized drying plates that can be interchanged.
