Hot water heat metering system
In heating systems, hot water is the most widely used heat transfer liquid. Due to differences in usage and design, several levels of water supply temperature are commonly used, including 60 ℃, 90 ℃, and 130 ℃. Regarding hot water metering systems, depending on the design, some simply measure the flow rate of hot water, while most measure the heat supply.
1、 Measuring the flow rate of hot water, Huitong Instrument introduces several products for measuring the flow rate of hot water
(1) Electromagnetic flowmeter+flow integrator
① Electromagnetic flow meters are highly suitable for measuring conductive liquids and are widely used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and liquid-solid two-phase fluids. The measurement results are independent of the temperature, viscosity, density, pressure, and liquid-solid composition of the fluid, and the conductivity changes over a large range without affecting the measurement results. Therefore, after being calibrated with ordinary water, it can be used to measure the flow rate of other conductive liquids or liquid-solid two-phase fluid media without any additional correction, making electromagnetic flow a true volumetric flowmeter.
② The characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeter are as follows:
The electromagnetic flowmeter measuring tube has unobstructed flow components, no pressure loss, and low requirements for straight pipe sections
The electromagnetic flowmeter sensor can be equipped with a grounding electrode to achieve good grounding of the instrument.
The electromagnetic flowmeter sensor adopts advanced processing technology, which makes the instrument have good anti negative pressure ability
The converter adopts a LCD backlit display, which makes it easy to read under reflected sunlight or in a dark room.
The electromagnetic flowmeter converter has functions such as self diagnostic alarm output, empty load detection alarm output, flow upper and lower limit alarm output, and two pole flow value alarm output.
③ The flow integrator has two product options: digital tube display and full Chinese LCD display. It is based on a microprocessor, fully functional, has communication capabilities, and can be used in conjunction with various flow meters. For example, vortex flowmeters, electromagnetic flowmeters, orifice plates, bent pipes, ultrasonic flowmeters, etc., due to careful and reliable design, the instruments have good electromagnetic compatibility and reliability.

2、 Measuring the heat of hot water, the method of measuring the heat of hot water is the same as measuring the cooling capacity of chilled water. The supplied cooling capacity can be regarded as negative heat, and the heat can be regarded as positive heat. Huitong Instrument introduces several products for measuring the heat of hot water.

① The ultrasonic flowmeter utilizes the principle of low voltage and multi pulse time difference, and adopts high-precision and ultra stable dual balanced signal differential transmission and differential reception patented digital detection technology to measure the sound wave transmission time in the forward and reverse directions, and calculate the flow velocity based on the time difference. The product has the characteristics of good stability, small zero drift, high measurement accuracy, wide range ratio, and strong anti-interference performance.
