2、 System operation process

Due to the variety of manufacturers and models of universal machines and presses used in the laboratory, including manual, digital, and automatic ones, the technical level varies. According to different situations, different information technologies are used to install a "data automatic acquisition and processing system" on the computer control host of the press and universal machine in each supervision and section laboratory. The required models are set up to automatically process machine models, test parameters, etc., ensuring that all displayed data is consistent.

At the same time as displaying data and controlling the press or universal machine on the laboratory computer, the system automatically extracts relevant test data from the generated database through the "data remote transmission system". Then, through the "data monitoring, analysis and processing center", these test data are analyzed to extract real-time values of the measured parameters. When the preset upper and lower limit alarm settings are reached, warning and control signals will be issued to prompt the operator to take relevant measures. The alarm can detect parameter changes in real time and accurately, and can provide reliable and error free warnings for a long time. At the same time, the "data remote transmission system" is used to send test data, warning information, related processing, etc. to the owner, supervisor, and other platforms.
