Product Introduction

PVC sheet is a sheet-like material mainly made of polyvinyl chloride, which is formed by hot mixing, cold mixing, extrusion, stretching, peeling, embossing, cooling, and shearing. Due to its low manufacturing cost, corrosion resistance, insulation, good processing performance, flame retardant and self extinguishing characteristics, it is widely used in the fields of fishing gear, toys, pharmaceutical packaging, business card printing, and vacuum forming in the clothing industry.

A rolling mill is a device commonly used in the stretching step. A rolling mill refers to a device that uses two or more rollers arranged in a certain form to press and stretch rubber or plastic into sheet materials of thickness and surface shape at a certain temperature. The existing rolling mill mainly includes a frame, front drum, rear drum, and transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism is mounted on the frame, and the front drum and rear drum are respectively connected to the transmission mechanism. When in use, the plasticized material is thrown between the front drum and the rear drum, and the front drum and the rear drum are driven to rotate by the transmission mechanism. The material is pulled into the space between the front drum and the rear drum under the frictional force of the front drum and the rear drum, and then the material is formed by the rotational compression force of the front drum and the rear drum.

The rolling mill provided by the above technical solution still has the following technical problems: the plasticized material is prone to hardening at ambient temperature, resulting in poor ductility of the plasticized material, which in turn leads to poor quality of the sheet formed by stretching.
