This machine is a specialized equipment for gravure printing, lamination, coating, and slitting of roll shaped materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, paper, non-woven fabric, glass paper, and thin leather.

Collection and unwinding method: Independent electric flipping dual station collection and unwinding rack. The printing material is secured by an inflatable shaft, which is safe and reliable, and automatically cuts and changes materials at high speed without stopping the machine;
Installation method: shaftless air top installation, which saves time and is convenient for changing plates;
Color registration method: Vertical automatic color registration and pre registration device to improve printing accuracy;
Scraper method: Scraper movement is a dual axis movement, controlled by an independent motor;
Drying method: Closed hot air circulation oven, external electric heating, automatic constant temperature control;
Whole machine: The winding, unwinding, and front/rear traction are all controlled by imported PLC with seven AC vector variable frequency motors and a four stage closed-loop tension control system. The main electrical components are all imported brands;
