Unwinding method: Independent single station unwinding rack, composite material is secured by an inflatable shaft, automatic unwinding with constant tension control, and equipped with an automatic correction system.
Winding method: Independent single station winding rack, composite material is fixed by an inflatable shaft, and the center winding form is used for winding. The winding is driven by an AC vector variable frequency motor.
Coating method: Five roll coating structure (measuring roller, transfer steel roller, transfer rubber roller, coating roller, and coating pressure roller)
Composite method: Double roller heavy pressure composite, which can ensure uniform compression force across the entire surface (driven by independent vector variable frequency motor)
The configuration of the whole machine will be negotiated separately by both parties: the whole machine adopts PLC controlled AC vector variable frequency motor, tension closed-loop control and display, and the transmission system adopts U-shaped synchronous belt drive
