Product Overview:
The JYWQ automatic mixing sewage pump adds an automatic mixing device on the basis of the WQ series submersible sewage pump. The device generates strong mixing force with the rotation of the motor shaft, which mixes the sediment in the sewage tank into suspended matter and sucks it into the pump for sewage discharge, improving the pump's anti blocking and sewage discharge capabilities. It completes drainage, cleaning, and desilting in one go, saving operating costs, and is a practical product.
Operating parameters:
1. The medium temperature does not exceed 60 ℃, the medium density is 1.0-1.3 × 103kg/m3, and the pH value is within the range of 5-9;
2. The motor part should not protrude more than half of the water surface.
3. The main component material of this pump is cast iron, so it cannot be used to pump highly corrosive liquids.
Note: If users have special requirements (such as high corrosiveness of the medium), they can raise them when ordering in order to provide products with more reliable materials.
Scope of use:
This series of pumps is suitable for conveying liquids containing solid particles and long fibers, as well as particularly dirty, sticky, and slippery sewage pollutants in industries such as pharmaceuticals, papermaking, chemical engineering, coal processing, and urban sewage discharge systems. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.
