Main purpose:

K-9301 This product is a room temperature curing two-component epoxy adhesive, which not only has a fast curing speed at room temperature, but also can be completely cured at a temperature of -20 ℃. Due to its high adhesive strength, water resistance, oil resistance, weak alkali resistance, acid resistance, solvent and chemical resistance, and excellent performance, it can be widely used for self-adhesive or mutual bonding of metal and non-metal materials, bonding and repairing of hard materials, bonding of building materials, assembly of automotive parts and electronic components, daily repair and maintenance of households, bonding of crystals, ceramics, glass, and gemstones.

Usage:

1. Remove oil, rust, clean, and dry the bonding surface.

2. After weighing equal amounts of components A and B, quickly mix them evenly and apply them to the treated bonding surface. Immediately stack the workpiece, and after 3 hours, proceed to the next process.

Notes:

• When adjusting the adhesive, it is advisable to weigh two components in equal amounts as much as possible, and avoid excessive amounts of either component to prevent a decrease in strength,

2. The amount of mixed glue should be appropriate, do not mix a large amount of glue, and it is advisable to mix and use it on the spot.

3. Clean excess glue on hands or adhered objects with alcohol before curing.

storage

1. Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of over one year. Expired products that have passed inspection can still be used.

2. Non flammable and non explosive dangerous goods can be shipped by mail, less than truckload, or express delivery.
