The UVLED line light source illumination system adopts a linear arrangement of LEDs and converges them into a regular linear light spot through a cylindrical mirror. It is mainly used for pre curing, side curing, and small size product curing. Different wavelengths such as 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm can be selected, and the light spot area can be chosen. LEDs of different powers correspond to curing different UV adhesives, UV inks, UV light oils, UV paints, etc., while corresponding to different material requirements. UVLED line light source irradiation machine, high-purity irradiation, without the influence of thermal radiation and deep ultraviolet light, and adopts cable output to reduce equipment consumables costs, with a long service life and lower power consumption compared to mercury lamps.
