Instructions for Use:
Indicator lights: When the red indicator light is on, it indicates that the working power supply is normal, when the green indicator light is on, it indicates that there is powder, and when the green indicator light is off, it indicates that there is no powder.
Potentiometer: Used for adjusting the sensitivity of powder detection. Clockwise adjustment increases sensitivity; Adjusting counterclockwise reduces sensitivity.

Common problem handling methods:
1、Why are two powder probes buried in the powder but unable to detect the level signal?
Solution: This is usually due to the low moisture content of the powder. Please try rotating the sensitivity adjustment knob on the operation panel clockwise to increase the detection sensitivity. If the problem cannot be solved, please check if there is an open circuit in the wiring of the probe, or replace it with a known and reliable powder detector to confirm if the powder detector is faulty.
2 Why does the powder drop below the probe, but the detector still detects the level signal?
Solution: This is usually caused by a short circuit at the input end of the powder detector. Please check the insulation condition between the powder probe and the hopper wall to see if there is powder accumulation on the surface of the probe, causing the two probes to short circuit through the material box wall. Please check if there is a short circuit in the wiring of the probe and try to supply power to the detector with an independent power source, or use substitution method to confirm if the powder detector is faulty.
