Lambda SP is a medium to large gantry coordinate measuring machine with a maximum stroke size of X=6000mm, Y=10000mm, Z=4000mm. It is specifically designed for industrial environments and provides measurement solutions for ultra large workpieces. The unique dual grating dual drive technology in the Y-axis accurately simulates the Y-axis performance as the performance of a single axis at the center of the carriage. The deflection of the carriage and the structural deformation during motion were simulated in real-time through a distributed sensor system. This unique configuration provides better dynamic performance and excellent measurement accuracy while reducing carriage deflection. All shafts and columns are protected by fully enclosed thermal insulation covers and accordion covers. The built-in forced ventilation device reduces temperature differences.
