① The equipment adopts a frame plate structure. The main oil cylinder is made of QT500-7 material, and the plunger is made of cold hard alloy cast iron material. The maximum pressure resistance reaches 20MPa, with high strength and good wear resistance; The hydraulic system is driven and controlled separately for high and low pressure, using multiple sets of 3KW motors.
② The equipment adopts fully automatic PLC+text interface controller, electrical and hydraulic combined intelligent control, automatic intelligent display of temperature, adjustable vulcanization pressure and vulcanization time; Equipped with automatic deflation function, the deflation frequency and stroke can be adjusted;
③ Press the mold closing button once during operation, and the high and low pressure oil pumps will start simultaneously to achieve rapid mold closing. When the machine closes to the low pressure protection pressure, the system will automatically switch, and the low pressure pump will stop supplying oil. Only one set of high pressure pumps will work, and finally the high pressure will lock the mold; When the pressure of the mold is increased to the release pressure, automatic release is achieved according to the set number of times. After the release is completed and the mold reaches the vulcanization pressure, it can automatically stop and start vulcanization timing at the same time; When the vulcanization time is up, an automatic alarm is triggered, and then the mold opening control system is manually activated by pressing the mold opening button to achieve mold opening. When the lower template descends after mold opening, the lower limit switch is triggered, and the mold opening action stops; Then press the mold closing button to achieve the next working cycle; It has an automatic pressure replenishment function during the pressure holding vulcanization process.
④ In order to further improve the fully automatic control system, the hydraulic system is specially equipped with a bypass manual unloading valve, which is used to manually open the oil circuit to achieve slow mold opening and unloading in case of system failure or unexpected power outage, thereby protecting the equipment itself and the mold, and preventing product over sulfur scrap caused by inability to open the mold.
⑤ The newly improved hydraulic system integrates the control system, eliminates complex control pipelines, and avoids leaks in the pipeline system;
⑥ At the same time, the implementation of all complete functions is also based on system improvement. The improved hydraulic control system has become a pressure maintaining structure with only one pressure relief point, eliminating the design defect of several pressure relief points in the same industry and similar products simultaneously maintaining and sulfurizing pressure. This greatly improves the pressure maintaining performance of the system and simplifies the difficulty of repairing pressure maintaining problems in the future. Maintenance can be completed by simply replacing one set of valve cores;
⑦ The sealing structure of the main oil cylinder has been improved, and the anti leakage function has been greatly improved. The sealing ring is no longer a vulnerable part, and we also make a one-year warranty commitment.
