6、 Equipment price and delivery cycle:
The price of OMA-F-20 fiber laser marking machine is 10000 yuan (including a 17% tax increase).
The delivery cycle of the equipment is 10-15 working days after the contract takes effect.
7、 After sales service:
1. The supplier is responsible for installation and debugging at the user's site. The supplier's technical personnel shall arrive at the user's location on time according to the user's requirements, and with the assistance of the user, carry out on-site installation and debugging until normal operation and qualified product identification are printed.
2. The warranty period for the product is 12 months from the date of self acceptance. Within 12 months, if equipment malfunctions or parts are damaged (excluding human factors and force majeure factors), the supplier shall be responsible for free repair, and the required replacement parts shall be provided by the purchaser free of charge. After 12 months, lifelong maintenance services will be provided for the equipment.
3. The supplier is responsible for providing relevant spare parts and components to Party A on a long-term basis, and the cost after the warranty period shall be borne by the user. And provide long-term technical consulting services free of charge.
4. The supplier is responsible for providing free technical training to user personnel. The supplier shall provide training for 2-3 operators and maintenance personnel from the demander, with a training period of no less than 2 working days. The training content includes graphic programming, laser principles, equipment construction, process instructions, equipment maintenance, laser safety protection, operating procedures, and simple troubleshooting.
5. The supplier can provide comprehensive solutions such as technology and processes free of charge according to the requirements of the demander. At the same time, provide free software upgrades, equipment modifications, replacements, and other upgrade services for devices.
The supplier has professional maintenance personnel responsible for technical services and repairs of the equipment, who can provide timely services.
6. The supplier shall arrive at the equipment site within 8 hours after receiving a repair call from the purchaser and resolve the equipment malfunction within 24 hours. If the fault cannot be resolved within 48 hours, the supplier will provide a machine of the same model free of charge to meet the production needs of the demander.
