[Purpose]

This product is used for rapid screening and detection of residues of clenbuterol hydrochloride, ractopamine, and salbutamol (clenbuterol) in animal tissues.

【 Detection Principle 】

The residual detection of clenbuterol hydrochloride, ractopamine, and salbutamol is based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. After the sample solution is dropped into the sampling well of the detection card, the analyte in the sample binds to the gold antibody, preventing the gold antibody from binding to the analyte conjugate on the cellulose membrane. When the content of the analyte in the sample solution exceeds the detection limit and the detection line does not show color, the result is positive; When the content of the analyte in the sample solution is less than the detection limit, the detection line appears purple red and the result is negative.

[Testing steps]

1. Sample pre-processing

Weigh 3 ± 0.05g of freshly cut muscle/liver tissue samples and place them in a 50ml covered centrifuge tube. Add 2ml of deionized water, shake for 5 minutes, and then soak in boiling water for 5-10 minutes; Let it stand for 5 minutes, and after cooling, take the supernatant for testing.

2. Experimental steps

Take out the detection card and place it on a flat and clean surface.

Use a matching pipette to aspirate the prepared sample liquid, slowly and drop by drop, adding 3 drops to each of the three sample wells (S).

Leave at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to determine the result. Results exceeding 10 minutes can only be used as a reference.

【 Result Analysis 】

Negative ResultThe detection line (T) and control line (C) both appear purple red, indicating that the concentration of the analyte in the sample is below the detection limit.

Positive resultOnly the control line (C) appears purple red. The concentration of the analyte in the sample is higher than the detection limit.

invalid：Control line (C)Not showing color.

【 Precautions 】

1. This product can only be used to detect tissues and cannot detect samples such as urine and feed, otherwise the results will be inaccurate.

2. Expired or damaged aluminum foil bags are not allowed to be used. After opening the packaging, it should be used as soon as possible to prevent moisture.

3. Do not touch the white film surface in the center of the detection card.

4. Droplets should not be mixed to avoid cross contamination.
