The YLB series is a self fan cooled three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor designed specifically for driving long shaft deep well water pumps. It has the advantages of high efficiency, large starting torque, low noise, small vibration, low temperature rise, high axial force bearing capacity, reliable structure, and easy maintenance. The power level meets IEC standards.
After being matched with long shaft deep well water pumps, YLB series motors are suitable for underground water extraction in industrial and mining enterprises, cities, rural areas, etc. The protection level of the motor is IP44 and IP23, and it can also be manufactured as a climate protection type according to customer requirements, which can be directly used in households.

2. YBLB series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor for vertical deep well pumps
YBLBS series motors are specially designed to meet the special requirements of high lift lifting pumps. Compared with similar foreign motors, under the same flow rate, the output power is twice as high, and it can adapt to frequent starting under heavy load conditions, with the characteristics of high torque and overload capacity. Under harsh conditions such as large water inflow, high impurity content, and uneven size of mud blocks in deep wells, it can ensure normal operation and continuous operation. It also has the characteristics of small volume, simple structure, reliable operation, easy use and maintenance, high efficiency, and good quality.
The YBLBS series electric motor is used as a power equipment for deep well lifting pumps in coal mine vertical shaft excavation operations, and can also be used as a power equipment for water supply pumps or oil pumps in places where explosive mixtures of flammable gas vapor and air exist in the petrochemical and other similar industries. The explosion-proof type of YBLBS series motors complies with the national standard GB3836.2 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments - Explosion proof Electrical Equipment" d ", and also meets the requirements of IEC79-1" Explosion proof Enclosures and Tests for Electrical Equipment ".
