1、 Main purpose:

2、 Working principle and characteristics:

The so-called vacuum drying is the heating and drying of the material to be dried under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, creating a vacuum state in the working chamber, reducing the boiling point of water, accelerating the drying speed, and achieving a higher drying rate at lower temperatures. The heat is fully utilized, and there are no impurities mixed in during the drying process.

3、 Technical requirements and specifications:

1. The external dimensions of the box are: face width of 580mm, depth of 550mm, height of 470mm. The outer panel is made of A3 steel plate baked paint with a thickness of δ 1.2mm.
2. The studio dimensions are: storefront width of 400mm, depth of 340mm, height of 370mm, inner surface plate of 3042B stainless steel plate, plate thickness of δ 4mm, surface polished and polished treatment.
3. The insulation layer is 80mm thick, and the insulation material is filled with acid aluminum refractory fiber cotton. The inner lining reinforcement is made of 8 # channel steel, which is made in a cross shape.
4. The top of the box is made of a semi elliptical shape, with rounded corners as transitions. When heated, the temperature inside the box is smooth and uniform, thus changing the defect of the original square vacuum oven's top layer of drying tray containing materials being difficult to dry. At the same time, it facilitates the water vapor droplets generated during material drying to flow into the bottom of the box along both sides and be discharged outside the box through the drain outlet.
5. Due to the phenomenon of partial backflow during vacuum pumping, which affects the quality of the dried material, a stainless steel water tray is placed at the bottom of the vacuum pumping connection during production to prevent vacuum backflow from dripping into the drying tray containing the material. Improved the quality and speed of drying materials.
6. Leave a distance of 8-10 mm between the baking tray and the heating tube, and make them into a track type. This changes the phenomenon of material being burnt at the contact between the bottom of the drying tray and the heating tube during the drying process.
7. Configure 3 drying plates, with a size of 380 × 320 × 45 (mm) and a material of 304-2B stainless steel plate
8. The box is equipped with one vacuum gauge and one temperature gauge, as well as three sight glasses, two on the front and one on the back, for easy observation of the drying process of the materials inside the box. There is a drain outlet device at the bottom.
13. The door clamp and door hinge are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material, which is precision processed. The door seal is made of mushroom shaped edible silicone rubber strip, which has excellent insulation performance.
