M60-1PUsing E2PROM storage technology to achieve parameter setting, the set parameters are still saved after power failure and do not need to be set again. One machine is versatile and can replace traditional current transformers, ammeters, voltmeters, thermal relays, and time relays. M60-1PThe host adopts a 4-digit LED display, which can display the measured values of some parameters, and can also judge the status and protection of the motor through the code displayed by the LED. At the same time, the protector can also communicate with the upper computer, set parameters and monitor status through randomly provided software, and can also be used in conjunction with configuration software.
3、 Main functions
Protection function: Short circuit, locked rotor, overcurrent, three-phase current imbalance, phase failure, overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage, undercurrent and other fault protection.
Setting function: The intelligent model has setting keys, data keys, and shift keys. When the setting exceeds the range, it will remind the user to reset to avoid misoperation. The basic type is set by dialing or potential electrical appliances.
Alarm function: When the motor overcurrent light flashes an alarm, the larger the overcurrent multiple, the faster the flashing, or an external alarm can be used with the contact of the protector
Display function: After the protector is powered on, press the setting button to display the overall current value, and press the data button to display the three-phase current value. After startup, the fault code is displayed and the corresponding fault indicator light is on, which is clear at a glance.
Communication function: Information transmission is achieved through a serial digital interface. One upper computer (PC) can be connected to 256 protectors and can set parameters, start and stop operations for each motor, facilitating automated management.
4、 Protection function
Startup protection: During the startup time, only protection is provided for phase failure, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, and three-phase current imbalance.
Overvoltage protection: When the working voltage is higher than 15% of the working voltage, the action time is ≤ 6 seconds.
Phase failure protection: When any phase is disconnected, the action time is ≤ 2.0 seconds.
Locking protection: When the working current reaches 3-8 times the set current, the action time is ≤ 2 seconds.
Short circuit protection: When the working current reaches more than 8 times the set current, the action time is ≤ 2 seconds.
Unbalance protection: When the difference in current values between any two phases is ≥ 60%, the action time is ≤ 2 seconds.
Undercurrent protection: When the operating current continuously falls below the set undercurrent threshold, the action time is ≤ 10 seconds.
Overcurrent protection: The overcurrent protection action time is inverse time protection, and (Figure 2) the action time can be set according to user needs.
Self start function: Protectors with this function require the user to set a self start time, at which point the motor cannot start in communication.

Contact characteristics: Contact J1 is normally open and normally closed, and contact J2 is normally open. If special orders are required for production. (Based on the wiring diagram of the casing)
