precautions
1. When installing and wiring the protector, each terminal should be connected correctly for its intended purpose.
a、 01 02 terminal; The power supply (AC220V, 380V) input should be connected to the front end of the air switch of the primary main circuit or
Dedicated power supply.
b、 03 04 Terminal: Protection outlet J1 (normally closed).
c、 05 06 Terminal: Protection outlet J2 (normally open) or self starting (user can choose one).
d、 07 08 Terminal: Leakage protection sensor input (K1, K2).
e、 09 10 terminal: RS485 communication protocol or 4-20mA current output.
2. The working power supply of the protector should be connected to the control circuit, and the nominal voltage should match the actual voltage.
3. All protection settings should be correct and error free, and unused options should be abandoned.
4. Select the corresponding current specification protector based on the rated current value of the motor.
5. When the three-phase cable can directly pass through the three-phase threading hole of the protector, the card type current sensor can be omitted; If not
When directly passing through the three-phase wiring holes of the protector, the card type current sensor can be split in half, and then the cable clip can be inserted into the current transmission
Inside the sensor, then assemble the card type current sensor into one unit and tighten the fixing screws.
6. When using a current transformer with a protective device, if an ammeter is required to display on site or in the control room, it is recommended to install another one
A current transformer with variable ratio, otherwise it will affect the display of the phase current with an ammeter.
