When the inlet pressure is greater than the maximum outlet pressure, the required outlet pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily within the above outlet pressure range. When the inlet pressure is equal to the maximum outlet pressure, the outlet pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily between the range of 0.03 MPa and the inlet pressure.
