MT-1530FMR is a multifunctional fiber laser cutting machine developed by Mingtai Laser specifically for the sheet metal processing industry, and has obtained a national invention patent. Mainly aimed at sheet metal processing as the main method and pipe processing as the auxiliary method, or occasionally requiring pipe cutting.
This machine uses a pneumatic full stroke chuck, with a maximum clamping range of 15-220mm round pipes. The high-precision chuck is matched with a high-precision servo reduction system, resulting in excellent cutting effects.

Characteristics of Fiber Laser Cutting

Fiber laser has high electro-optical conversion efficiency, with a conversion efficiency of over 30%, which can significantly save power consumption during operation, reduce operating costs, and achieve the highest production efficiency; Compared to other types of cutting equipment, the cutting effect is more precise and stable (such as plasma cutting)

Using high-pressure air cutting matching technology solution
The use of air cutting requires a separate set of air equipment, consisting of a high-pressure air pump (recommended screw pump), an air storage tank, a refrigerated dryer, a filter, etc. It is recommended to select an air compressor for air cutting with a pressure of ≥ 1.3Mba and a reliable filtering device to ensure clean gas, otherwise it may damage the laser head.
