working principle
This device adopts the principle of "pulse" laminar vacuum drying, which is an efficient low-temperature drying method. The equipment can use hot water and thermal oil as heat sources to complete online cleaning or immersion cleaning functions. Especially for materials with high sugar content, low temperature, easy overflow, and easy foaming, the drying ability effect is very good. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, creating a vacuum state in the working chamber, reducing the boiling point of water, and accelerating the drying process. Pulse vacuum dryer belongs to static vacuum drying equipment. The material is placed on a bracket inside the square vacuum dryer in the drying tray, and a heat medium is introduced into the bracket. The heat of the heat medium is transferred to the material through the drying tray for drying. The equipment consists of a drying tray, a bracket, a box, a vacuum system, a heating system, a pulse needle punching system, and a valve and pipeline system.
Features of the equipment
- 1. Optional inner wall heating prevents water vapor from liquefying and dripping into the medicine when encountering the cold plate, and avoids unnecessary secondary evaporation of condensed water, greatly increasing drying efficiency.
- 2. Install a heating respirator at the vent, with temperature control. The replaced clean air will not condense when heated and enters the chamber, preventing the dried material from getting damp again.
- 3. The left and right sides of each layer of the drying rack are equipped with pulse solenoid valves to control the jet pipes separately, and the height can be adjusted to achieve better results for different materials.
- 4. Using flat heating, the material is heated evenly, the heat exchange area is increased, and the heat absorption rate is improved; Heating adopts four in and four out to ensure temperature uniformity within ± 2.
- 5. Using multi-point vacuum pumping, the auxiliary vacuum interface connected to the bottom and the sewage outlet is converted into the main vacuum interface through a three-way valve. If there is some condensed water, it can be directly evacuated by breaking the vacuum (the vacuum pipeline is equipped with a check valve to prevent backflow), without the need for secondary evaporation.
- 6. Pulse puncture is controlled by a program, and according to the foaming situation of the material, the signal is transmitted to the pulse valves on the left and right sides. The capillary tubes blow towards the material in a cross flow manner in sequence.
- 7. PLC touch screen control enables automatic control of various programs and online display and printing of various parameters. All valves are electric or pneumatic valves that automatically open or close.
- 8. The vacuum pump adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which gradually adjusts the speed to evacuate, preventing the overflow of the paste and accelerating the extraction of water and gas.
- 9. All pipes inside the device chamber are detachable, and the drying rack can be pulled out of the box for easy cleaning; Online soaking and cleaning can also be optional.
