This system is a specialized system for water pump performance testing, suitable for various types of testing pumps; The system mainly consists of a main control cabinet, flow sensors, pressure sensors, instruments, etc. It can detect various data such as voltage, current, power, flow rate, speed, pressure, and head of the water pump motor; And it can draw H-Q curve, P-Q curve, η - Q curve, and (NPSH) r-Q curve based on the data collected from the testing project.

3、 Experimental equipment:
The system includes a test bench equipment with a maximum test pressure of 1MPa for an open bench. The main cabinet of each station contains current and voltage display heads for the water pump, intelligent speed and flow testers, pressure and head testers, and three-phase electrical parameter testers.

The main cabinet can control the entire equipment, with emergency stop buttons for the entire system, start/stop buttons for the main pump, power switching knobs, current switching knobs for each power level, flow switching knobs, pressure switching knobs, and control buttons for different electric valves. Each button also has corresponding indicator lights.
The electric valve control buttons are DN25/50/80/100 electric valve control buttons. This equipment includes a main cabinet, instruments, standard pipelines, and water tank valves.

1. Intelligent Speed and Flow Measurement Instrument (SFT-A):
Two windows display simultaneous measurement of motor speed and pump flow rate. Window 1 has a speed measurement display function, while Window 2, in conjunction with flow sensors equipped with frequency outputs such as turbines, electromagnetic flow, etc., measures flow frequency differences, liter/second flow rates, ton/hour flow rates, and converted rated speed flow rates.
