1. Specialized for food machinery

Specially made for the food (especially meat products) industry. Using non-toxic silicone tubing, polytetrafluoroethylene leads, and imported thin film resistor components, the probe can be provided in two forms according to industry requirements: inclined or tapered needle. 2. Special type for temperature measurement of pipeline wall

7. Special type for fuel generators

8. Cold bed crystallization special type

C、 Wire soft thermocouple

High temperature resistant compensating wires are used as measuring elements to form various wire soft thermocouples with other structural components for different purposes. Due to the use of thermocouple materials woven and wrapped with alkali free glass fibers, the wires have the advantages of high temperature resistance, fast thermal response, bendability, low cost, easy installation and use. Some products are complete sets of accessories commonly used in the current mechanical packaging industry.

1. Cap compression spring type

By using a compression spring to press the measuring end of the thermocouple onto the surface of the object being measured, the heat transfer efficiency and measurement accuracy can be improved. Suitable for temperature measurement in industries such as plastic extruders, packaging machines, textiles, and food.

2. Measurement end exposed type

Weld one end of the compensating wire made of the same material as the thermocouple into a bare hot junction as the measuring end, and weld the other end with a two-piece terminal card or flat socket to form a measuring end bare thermocouple. Its characteristic is extremely fast thermal response time, suitable for temperature measurement of analytical instruments and various small devices.
