Structure description:
1. The sturdy and leak proof frame structure of this product adopts a double-layer U-shaped aluminum alloy and galvanized iron outer frame. The bag is supported by a support grille locked in the U-shaped frame, which tightly presses against the adjacent grille and is locked with a special buckle to prevent the bag from falling off and being damaged during the transportation of the filter. All metal edges of the filter are rolled inward, which can avoid scratching people during the installation and replacement of the filter, making the operation both easy and safe.
2. High quality fluffy synthetic fiber is used as the filter material for this product. The filter material consists of four layers of different non-woven fabrics that have been treated with special processes to form an encrypted structure, allowing the filter to achieve high dust holding capacity and low resistance. The needle punched layer and microfiber layer in the filter material also ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter material.
3. Ultrasonic seamless sealing. Ultrasonic stitching technology tightly seals the three sides of the filter material and seals it with adhesive at the corners of the back of the empty house, ensuring that the filter will not be damaged even in harsh working environments. The filter bag adopts a reinforced grille, which divides the bag into uniform horizontal airflow channels, allowing the bag to expand to the maximum extent and allowing the airflow to pass evenly, greatly increasing the effective use area of the filter material, increasing the dust holding capacity of the filter, and reducing the pressure of the filter.
