This product is used for a module system for separating metals from material streams, where the material stream first passes through a detection module with at least one metal detection element during free fall, and then flows through a separation module that is detachably connected to the detection module; On the separation module, there is a channel oriented along the descent direction of the material flow for material flow without metal separation, and a separation channel oriented at an angle relative to the channel. The material flow can be manipulated by a rotatable separation element, characterized in that the separation element (5) is fixed to the separation module in a replaceable manner.
