★main purpose
This machine is mainly used to test the mechanical performance indicators such as tension, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, and tearing of various metal materials, non-metal materials, waterproofing membranes, wires and cables, textiles, fibers, rubber, ceramics, food and pharmaceutical packaging, geotextiles, films, wood, paper, and composite materials.

▼ Mechanical process structure:
The design of the testing machine host has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy operation, stable and reliable performance, no pollution, low noise, and high efficiency. The design of the auxiliary equipment is matched with the host, with a wedge-shaped translational structure and manual rotation clamping, and the sample is not subjected to additional force. Convenient, reliable, and non slip clamping.
2. The main frame is mainly composed of a base, two fixed crossbeams, one moving crossbeam, and four supporting light bars (which do not play a guiding role and are guided by high-precision ball screws) to form a portal frame structure; The transmission loading system adopts AC servo motors and synchronous toothed belt reduction devices to drive high-precision ball screws to rotate, and then drive the moving crossbeam to achieve loading. It has the characteristics of good stability, high rigidity, high control accuracy, high efficiency, and low noise.
▼Control and measurement system:
1. This machine adopts a fully digital closed-loop control system for control and measurement, and dynamically displays the test process and test curves through a computer, as well as data processing. After the test is completed, the curve can be enlarged through a graphics processing module for data reanalysis and editing, meeting various mechanical test standards in multiple countries' regulations on tensile/compression/peeling tests. It can also achieve tensile, compression, bending, shear and other types of tests on different materials or products according to industry standards. The control system has three control methods: force control, deformation control, and displacement control. During the test process, multiple control methods can be smoothly switched according to the set program.
2. The software can automatically obtain more than 20 required test data, including Fm (maximum force), ReH (upper yield strength), ReL (lower yield strength), Rp0.2 (specified non proportional tensile strength), Rt0.5 (specified total tensile strength), Rm (tensile strength), E (elastic modulus), etc. It can also meet various testing requirements such as constant rate force loading and holding, constant rate deformation holding, and constant rate displacement holding;
3. Accurate and comprehensive data analysis functions, using human-computer interaction to analyze and calculate the mechanical performance indicators of test materials, and manual intervention in the analysis process to improve the accuracy of analysis;
4. The experimental data is managed through a database, automatically saving all experimental data and curves.
5. Realize dedicated closed-loop control of displacement, deformation, force, and velocity, and be flexible during the testing process
Change the test speed and test curve to make the test plan more flexible and efficient;
6. Multi layer protection: With software and hardware two-level protection functions, it can achieve overload protection for the testing machine
Multiple safety protection methods such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, limit, etc;
7. The experimental software reserves multiple open program interfaces, allowing users to independently write and customize special testing methods, and defaults to various testing standards such as GB and ISO; Reserve open data interface transmission network ports for users to upload network data and upgrade software in the future.
