Working principle
1. Single crystal silicon oven box structure: The design is perfect, and the box is processed and formed by CNC machine tools. The box door adopts a double opening type, which is easy to operate. The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is treated with A3 plate spray coating, which is more smooth and beautiful. The circuit system side adopts a gate opening, which is convenient for maintenance and inspection. The tightness of the box door closure can be adjusted, and the silicone rubber door sealing ring formed as a whole ensures the airtightness of the oven.
2. Single crystal silicon oven control execution system: The temperature controller adopts touch buttons, digital LED display, and PID intelligent control instrument; Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor;
