The Geotech multi well hydrocarbon recovery system can be powered by alternating current (using 110-220 volt single-phase AC as the power supply system) or solar energy. This system has extremely high flexibility and can be installed and operated simultaneously in up to eight wells. The compact structure and ease of installation make this system suitable for use in various types of venues. The system adopts a unique design, with a pneumatic pump deployed underground for transporting hydrocarbons, which is connected to an oil skimmer with a hydrophilic/hydrophobic oil absorbing film. The operation of a pump is divided into vacuum cycle and pressure cycle. When the pneumatic pump is filled with recovered oil and hydrocarbons during vacuum circulation, pressure circulation is initiated to pressurize the system and pump the recovered liquid to the recovery facility on the ground. This system can be equipped with a suitable skimmer for the specific gravity and viscosity of the oil. The system can effectively recover various hydrocarbons from depths of up to 180 feet (55 meters) underground.

Application scope:

The Geotech multi well hydrocarbon recovery system can be used to efficiently recover LNAPL and DNAPL (light and heavy non-aqueous phase liquids) from groundwater, contaminated oil facilities, and storage tanks. Widely used in groundwater environment remediation, long-term oil and hydrocarbon recovery, facility oil pollution recovery and other projects. Suitable for deployment in facilities such as gas stations, oil depots, storage tanks, chemical plants, and underground water treatment areas with leaks.
