1、 Product Description

The carrier belt intelligent spore catcher is a new generation of image-based pathogen detection tool, specifically designed to collect pathogen spores and pollen dust particles that spread with air flow. Mainly used to detect the stock and diffusion dynamics of disease spores, providing reliable data for predicting and preventing disease outbreaks and infections. The device mainly consists of a spore capturing device, a spore carrying device, an image acquisition device, a network transmission module, a power supply, and a lightning protection system. This device utilizes modern optoelectronic numerical control technology to achieve remote automatic capture of various pollen and spore information, automatic rotation of the glass belt, automatic collection, automatic microscopic imaging and photography, automatic uploading of image data, automatic operation and other functions. Real time environmental weather and spore disease conditions can be uploaded to designated network platforms as needed. Professional analysts can manually classify and count the spores collected during each time period on the platform, forming a spore prediction database for experts to remotely analyze and predict the occurrence and development of diseases, providing services for modern agriculture, meeting the needs of disease prediction and specimen collection, and timely preventing and controlling disease occurrence.

1. Meet the safety and technical requirements for fixed spore catchers in GB/T 24689.3-2009 (Plant Protection Mechanical Spore Catcher) standard.

2. Stainless steel spray coated shell, 15 inch ultra large high-definition capacitive touch screen, Windows operating system, with good human-computer interaction interface.

3. A magnification microscopy imaging system with 12 million pixels can automatically capture high-definition microscopic images of captured bacterial spores, and the clarity of the captured images can meet the requirements for manual identification of bacterial spore types.

4. The device automatically captures bacterial spores 24 hours a day without interruption, takes pictures of the captured spores, and selects the best image for upload.

5. The fully intelligent automatic microscopic imaging system can automatically adjust the camera's shooting angle, achieving all-round and blind spot imaging of the glass carrier tape.

6. It can achieve automated operation of the entire process from loading the glass belt, capturing bacterial spores, microscopy imaging, and recovering the glass belt.

7. Equipped with an extra long dedicated glass carrying tape, it can meet a usage of 600 days.

8. It has multiple working modes, including automatic operation mode, scheduled operation mode, and debugging operation mode, which can be freely switched and used.

9. Built in Beidou/GPS positioning function, device information can be uploaded to the platform in real time, and current device parameters can be viewed on the map.

10. Real time monitoring of multiple air indicators such as air temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, CO2, PM2.5, etc., to observe the relationship between disease occurrence and meteorology (optional).

11. Devices can be controlled through the platform and app to perform actions such as feeding, collection, microscopic imaging, and retrieval.

16. Can be paired with an intelligent solar power management system, which can collect key information such as device electricity consumption, solar power generation, battery voltage, device load, current, etc. and upload it to the server (optional).
