CHARACTERISTICS

The automatic insect detection and reporting lamp is specially developed for agricultural and forestry insect detection and reporting. The lamp uses modern light, electricity, and numerical control technology to achieve functions such as automatic far-infrared processing of insect bodies, automatic conversion of insect bags, and automatic operation of the entire lamp. In the absence of supervision, it can automatically complete system operations such as insect attraction, pest control, collection, packaging, and drainage. Multiple sensor interfaces such as wind speed and direction, environmental temperature and humidity, and lighting can be added, and data can be uploaded through GPRS to monitor the relationship between the environment and pests and diseases. Widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, vegetables, tobacco, tea, medicinal herbs, gardens, orchards, urban greening, quarantine and other fields.


2、 Performance characteristics

1. Meet the safety and technical requirements of GB/T 24689.1-2009 standard for insect detection and alarm lights in plant protection machinery.

3. Adopting optical, electrical, and numerical control technologies for automatic control.

4. Color 7-inch Chinese LCD capacitive touch screen operation; Can be set and controlled in different time periods, both automatic and manual photography are available; Android system intelligent control, displaying environmental temperature, humidity, and time.

5. The warning light is equipped with a 1200W pixel camera image acquisition device, which can capture the real-time situation of insects on the conveyor belt through the camera. The clarity of the captured images can meet the requirements for manual identification of insect species.

6. The insect bodies are evenly scattered and laid flat on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt can accurately deliver all the collected insect bodies to the high-definition camera shooting area, and perform vibration dispersion and leveling treatment on the collected insect bodies to ensure that the characteristics of each insect body are clearly captured.

7. The instrument has a built-in counting device that can record the number of insects in real time and upload it to the platform.

8. Remote setting work mode: remote wireless photography and remote setting of terminal device parameters.

9. When there are insect bodies falling, the self image acquisition device automatically takes photos and uploads them. When there are no insect bodies, no photos are taken and uploaded, saving network traffic. Remote automatic photography and manual photography are both available.

10. Equipped with an automatic cleaning and daily storage device for insect bodies, the captured insect bodies can be transported away from the shooting area and collected into a collection bottle with a capacity of 1.5L. The collection device can store insects for eight days.

11. Various instruments and data alarm parameters can be remotely uploaded to a remote server through the network for easy maintenance and management.

12. Built in GPS positioning function, view device site and other data in the map, and track device theft.
