1、 Product Description

The flip type insect detection and reporting lamp is specially developed for agricultural and forestry insect detection and reporting. The lamp uses modern light, electricity, and numerical control technology to achieve functions such as automatic far-infrared processing of insect bodies, automatic photo uploading, automatic insect cleaning, and automatic operation of the entire lamp. In the absence of supervision, it can automatically complete system operations such as insect attraction, pest control, photography, collection, and drainage. Multiple sensor interfaces such as wind speed and direction, environmental temperature and humidity, and lighting can be added, and data can be uploaded through 4G to monitor the relationship between the environment and pests and diseases. Widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, vegetables, tobacco, tea, medicinal herbs, gardens, orchards, urban greening, quarantine and other fields.


2、 Performance characteristics

1. Meet the GB/T 24689.1-2009 standard for insect detection and alarm lights in plant protection machinery.

2. The overall structure adopts a stainless steel spray coating shell design.

3. Adopting optical, electrical, and numerical control technologies for automatic control.

4. Color 7-inch Chinese LCD capacitive touch screen operation; Can be set and controlled in different time periods, both automatic and manual photography are available; Android system intelligent control, displaying environmental temperature, humidity, and time.

5. The test light is equipped with an 800W pixel image acquisition device, which can capture real-time images of insects on the insect receiving tray through a camera.

6. Equipped with automatic flipping function of the insect tray, it can collect and process the insect bodies after taking photos.

7. The instrument is equipped with a built-in grating counting device, which can record the number of insects in real time and upload it to the platform.

8. Various instruments and data alarm parameters can be remotely uploaded to a remote server through the network for easy maintenance and management.

10. The platform can be used to control the insect trap switch, heating tube switch, insecticide and drying chamber emptying, flipping board and other related functions.

11. The upper and lower layers of far-infrared insect body processing chambers are more effective in completing insecticidal and drying work.

12. Temperature control of far-infrared insect body processing chamber: After working for 15 minutes, the temperature reaches 85 ± 5 ℃, and the processing time can be adjusted arbitrarily.

13. The mortality rate of far-infrared insect body treatment shall not be less than 98%, and the integrity rate of the insect body shall not be less than 95%.

14. A multi wavelength insect attracting light source with a power greater than 20W for the insect attracting lamp.

15. Light control: Automatically turn on the lights at night and turn off the lights during the day (standby). In the working state at night, it is not affected by momentary strong light exposure to change the working state.

16. Time period control: Set working time periods based on the living habits of target pests.

17. Rain control system device: a separate drainage system structure that automatically discharges rainwater, effectively separates rain insects, and prevents water accumulation inside the box.
