The DTM series thermometer uses low-power, low-voltage large-scale integrated circuits as its core components, and can operate continuously for more than three years with only one 1.5V 5 # battery. This thermometer also has functions such as low voltage indication and over range display, with extremely high stability and reliability. The shell of the thermometer is made of all stainless steel material and has a fully sealed structure that is waterproof and dustproof. Especially suitable for working in humid and dusty environments. It can be widely used in industries such as dairy food, chemical pharmaceuticals, textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, etc.

use:The thermometer can be hung or fixed on the outer wall of various devices. It is recommended to use high-capacity alkaline batteries as the working power source for the thermometer. The effective working time of the thermometer varies when using different batteries. When the temperature measurement exceeds the range, the temperature probe should be immediately moved away from the measured medium, or the temperature of the measured medium should be restored to the measurement range in a timely manner. At the same time, the temperature probe should not have a large-scale temperature fluctuation. All operations that violate the prescribed usage methods will affect the measurement accuracy and service life of the thermometer.

Verification:Due to the consideration of the temperature, humidity, and power supply voltage changes of the thermometer at the work site during design, optimized design parameters were adopted to ensure that the thermometer can maintain measurement accuracy in any environment that does not exceed working conditions, and users do not need to verify it. But if the user believes that verification and assessment are necessary, the temperature probe of the thermometer can be placed in a constant temperature oil bath with a constant temperature of 150 ℃, and a 0.1 level standard thermometer can be used for comparison and verification. If the error exceeds the accuracy range, the case can be opened to remove the internal circuit board, and one potentiometer of * * * can be adjusted to display the temperature at 150 ℃.
