The oven exhaust gas purification equipment consists of a spray type exhaust gas purification device, an oil-water separation box, an electrostatic precipitator, a high-voltage power supply, and a transformer box.

The high-temperature exhaust gas generated by the shaping machine oven is sent into the flue gas inlet of the oven exhaust gas purification equipment through the surplus air pressure of the fan. It is slowed down and diffused in the guide zone, and then evenly enters the spray zone. The exhaust gas comes into contact with high-pressure water mist turbulence in the spray zone. The harmful gases, fibers, dust, and oil mist in the exhaust gas are fully washed and discharged into the oil-water separation water tank through the bottom drainage outlet of the purifier. The purified and cooled gas enters the dehydration zone from the spray zone, and the dehydrated clean gas enters the exhaust pipe from the top of the purifier and is discharged into the atmosphere.

2Oven exhaust gas purification equipmentWorking principle of electrostatic precipitator equipment:

Electrostatic oil fume removal technology uses electrons emitted by the cathode in a high-voltage electric field, as well as negative ions generated by the collision of electrons with air molecules, to capture oil fume and oil mist particles, making the particles charged. Then, by utilizing the effect of the electric field, the charged particles are adsorbed by the anode to achieve the purpose of removal. Due to the very small diameter of electrons, their particle size is much smaller than that of oil fume and oil mist. Moreover, the density of electrons in the electric field is very high (on the order of 100 million/cm3), making it ubiquitous. Smoke particles in an electric field are easily captured by electrons (i.e. charged). The charging of smoke particles in an electric field is an inevitable phenomenon that follows mechanisms including electric field charging and diffusion charging, rather than simply caused by occasional collisions. Charged particles in an electric field will be subjected to the electric field force (Coulomb force), resulting in the adsorption of smoke particles onto the anode. Therefore, the efficiency of electrostatic smoke removal is very high, and it is particularly suitable for capturing smoke particles with small particle size and light weight.

3Oven exhaust gas purification equipmentWorking principle of oil-water separation tank:

The sewage (including harmful gases, fibers, dust, and oil mist) discharged from the exhaust gas purification equipment of the THFQ-P series shaping machine is discharged into the return water main through the bottom drainage outlet of the purifier, and flows into the circulating water tank by the water level difference. After two-stage filtration, the medium length fibers and larger volume impurities in the sewage are filtered out. The bottom of the circulating water tank is equipped with a settling baffle, which collects naturally settling fine fibers and dust at the bottom of the tank. Small oil droplets rely on their own buoyancy to float to the water surface and aggregate into a floating oil layer. The floating oil accumulates in the oil tank and is discharged into the pre-set oil drum through the oil discharge pipe. After sedimentation and floating oil, the water (clean water) is supplied to the purifier for recycling through a circulating water pump.
