Purpose:

1. The production line is mainly used for the production of PVC+ASA/PMMA glazed tiles, with specifications including broadband 840mm, 930mm, 1130mm, thickness 2, 2.5, 3mm.
2. The PVC layer is produced by SJZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, while the ASA or PMMA layer is extruded by SJ50 single screw co extrusion machine. The equipment also includes T-shaped molds, molding machines, cutting machines, and stacking racks.
3. Provide guidance on formula ingredients and purchase of raw materials.
4. Design professional products with low production costs and high-quality performance.
