3. If the customer reviews the design proposal and it is approved, the construction and installation of the cold storage will begin. Otherwise, the design proposal will continue until it is approved.

If the cold storage construction is completed and everything is normal, it will be handed over to the customer for acceptance. If the customer's acceptance is successful, the surface project construction will be completed.
