Product Introduction:
A tubular static mixer is an ideal equipment for instantaneous mixing of water with coagulants, coagulants, and disinfectants. It has the characteristics of efficient mixing, drug saving, and small equipment. It is composed of two sets of mixing unit components. Without the need for external power, the water flow through the mixer produces three effects: diversion, cross mixing, and reverse swirl, with a mixing efficiency of 90-95%.
Design data:
(1) The diameter of the mixer pipe is selected according to the economic flow rate, generally calculated at 0.9-1.2 meters per second. For pipes with a diameter greater than 500 millimeters, the flow rate can reach 1.5 meters per second. When conditions permit, enlarging the pipe diameter by 50-100 millimeters can reduce head loss.
(2) The basic combination of mixer sections is considered as three sections, with a head loss of about 0.4-0.6 meters. The number of sections can also be increased or decreased according to the condition of the mixed medium.
(3) The water pressure inside the mixer tube is considered to be 1.0 kg/cm2, or the equipment can be processed according to the actual pressure.

Installation:
(1) The installation of the mixer is not limited by direction and can be done horizontally, vertically, or in other combinations.
(2) When the mixer is installed in an overhead pipeline, it must be fixed with pipeline brackets, and buried pipelines can be installed in inspection wells.
(3) The pipeline for adding chemicals can be self-designed and installed according to the national water supply and drainage standard diagram, but the flow velocity inside the pipeline must be greater than 1.0 m/s and the pressure inside the pipeline should be less than 2.0 kg/cm2.
(4) The feeding position of various drugs should be at the front end of the pipeline mixer and greater than 0.3 meters.
Ordering Notice:
Ordering requires specifying the specifications, quantity, etc. of the required pipeline mixer.
