Extruder: According to the different materials used, a single screw extruder (with or without exhaust) is selected, with special screw design and accurate temperature control system. PP hollow board production equipment ensures good plasticization and stable extrusion with high output. Using a hard toothed gearbox has a long service life, high stability, and low noise.

Mesh changing and mold: Hydraulic quick mesh changing device ensures no leakage during mesh changing, and plastic hollow board extrusion production line ensures quick and effective mesh changing; Equipped with air flow agent.

Vacuum shaping table: equipped with mold cooling device, using hydraulic or pneumatic lifting, equipped with emergency stop function to ensure safety.

Five roll traction machine: The traction rubber roller adopts rubber rollers, and the five rollers are synchronously driven to ensure the stability and flatness of the board.

Oven: Using precision power control modules and stainless steel heating rods to ensure constant oven temperature and uniform heating of the plates.

Cutting device: manually adjust the cutting position, follow the cutting, hollow board, ensuring synchronous cutting speed with the board speed and continuity.

Double roll traction machine: The traction rubber roller adopts rubber rollers and is driven by a frequency converter.

Cross cutting machine: It adopts cylinder clamping and follows the cutting process.
