Precautions for making PVC dropper nameplates:
1. The containers used for PVC adhesive nameplates must be dry, clean, and dust-free, otherwise it will affect the surface effect of the adhesive after curing, leading to adverse phenomena such as ripples, water marks, and pitting.
2. It is recommended to control the relative humidity of the working environment within 68%, and the on-site temperature should be between 23-25 ℃. If the working environment is too humid, the surface of the glue will be oxidized into mist or bubbles that are difficult to eliminate Low or high temperatures can affect the curing and usage time of the adhesive.
3. The PVC adhesive nameplate that has been dripped with glue should be left to dry in a centralized area, and the drying temperature should be controlled at around 28 ℃ -40 ℃.
4. Glue water must be accurately weighed according to the weight ratio. Imbalance in the ratio can cause the glue to not dry for a long time or the hard glue to become soft; The glue water must be stirred evenly, otherwise the surface of the glue will have turtle shell patterns or resin patterns after curing, or the glue will not cure completely.
