This product is suitable for semiconductor devices and electronic components curing and aging in the electronic industry, pharmaceutical drying in medical and health units, as well as laboratories or supporting production lines in colleges, universities, industrial and mining enterprises. This product is equipped with 30 segment program control, which can be programmed according to work needs within the rated range. After startup, the entire program is automatically completed by the equipment, and a signal is displayed and the power is automatically cut off to stop the machine. At the same time, it can also work under single control (i.e. without programming), and users can choose to use programmable or single control according to their work needs. The outer shell of the box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate frame, with glass fiber as insulation material, which has good insulation performance. Adopting intelligent temperature controller and digital time relay, high precision, intuitive and eye-catching; In conjunction with solid-state relays, it has a continuous P I. D adjustment function, when the temperature reaches the preset value, it is controlled by the relay receiving the output signal source of the temperature controller, and the temperature can only be limited to P I. Fine floating within the D temperature range for constant temperature operation improves the temperature accuracy inside the box. The circuit is equipped with an over temperature protection device. When the instrument malfunctions or is operated incorrectly, causing the temperature to exceed the set value, the protector will immediately activate, cutting off the control power to ensure the safety of the products inside the oven. The over temperature protection device can be adjusted within the rated temperature range. The air circulation device in the studio promotes air convection inside the box, which is beneficial for achieving more uniform temperature.
